Well I have to Congrat all the people with children that stay strong on this diet!!! Spent the day with my 3 yr old nephew who continued to try getting me to eat oatmeal, gummie worms, crackers, make cookies and so forth it was not easy by any means to stay strong. Actually didn't had two bites of a piece of pizza. Guess I really have to stop focusing on the scale, I know its my parents but even my sister said I looked like I lost 15 pds not 8. I can't see it but ok! Ill buy it for a little ego bust.
