I think that's more than enough! I always started off slow with about 20 minutes of elliptical and saw results 😁 I think as long as it's challenging for you, you're doing great!

Lots of educational information out there for you to investigate that will help you put together a program that is just right for your needs. It just takes a little time. Just be sure to follow sites that are intended for women. Their exercise needs are different from men just as kid’s needs are different from adults.

I believe in cardio and 45 minutes is good and as Capree11 said it needs to be challenging. If you're also doing close to another hour of workout then it's great! Eventually you will see what works best for you and what is best for your weight loss.

I lift and I throw in cardio for 45 minutes a few times a week just for fun. It's a moderate pace so enjoyable but working up a sweat. As far as if it's for you...are you getting the results you're looking for? Cardio will shrink your size but lifting will shape it. 💪🏼❤️

Sounds good to me. Do some HITT (High-Intensity interval training) in your cardo, it helps alot.

Yelis... if you are doing 45 minutes cardio plus another "hourish" workout ( not sure what that is), it sounds like you are getting lots of movement and exercise ! Depending on your age and any health issues you have ( i.e bad knees, bad back), at your weight of 330 lbs I would suggest you consult with a doctor or physical therapist to help construct a healthy safe workout. Keep up the motication!!

How many times a week? I do 30 min cardio and an hour of weightlifting, 6 days a week and it keeps me pretty lean.

My hourish of working out is strength training. Right now I’m going almost every day to the gym. I know if I stop for two days my motivation goes down. So I kinda have to keep it up till I’m used to it. I’ve been using the app Fitbod that generates workouts and for now that’s my guide. I’m still learning, I’m not exhausting myself but I am a little sore. I was just thinking about the cardio. Does it make any difference on how much time I do 🤷🏻‍♀️

If you're already doing strength training, that's a perfect amount of cardio. Most say strength training is cardio enough so you're going beyond. Good job! 💪🏼🤸‍♀️

What you're doing sounds amazing! Cardio is raising your heart rate for a certain amount of time. Moving is great for losing. If a person was to walk 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes at night for a total of one hour raising their heart rate I cannot see how that would be too much. You're on the right path and I wish you well and success.

Thank you. It’s hard, but a work in progress 😊
