I didnt do good recording my food today which means I probably didnt eat very good. Well I think I ate ok, just not sure how many calories I actully consumed. Had bagel, cream cheese, cheese salami, ice cream and steak, potatoe and artichoke for dinner. The wine is where the calories add up fast. Had two glasses of wine. I will do better tomorrow.
