Fabulous drop!! Well done. 🤗 my downfall is too the biscuits, chocolate or cakes if I have one I just want more so I’m trying to keep myself away from them. 😆

I'm the same way. having just one will make me want more. it seems easier to not give in than resist additional ones.

Try fat free jelly, sweet but close to zero calories. It is a life-saver.

Interesting idea about the salt. You mean just put some salt (I assume something like a dash) in a glass of water? I might give that a go.

I find that even the sugar free substitute's kick off the same cravings too. Easier just to stay away for me.
In the past (like 15 years ago) I had good success putting off my cravings and I had a free day per week. Over time I lost focus and free day became a free weekend. I'm going to cut back to a free meal but 1. Record what I eat and 2. Have a free meal instead.
The idea is to put off cravings to see if I really want them and that is never more than 7 days away.
By the way, the programme I did all that time ago was body for life. In 2 different rounds I ended up and went from 290lbs to 200lbs
