I took a nap today even though I wasnt going to. But did get some shopping done and went to the store. Didnt have a list or a food plan figured out, but did get lots of fruit and veggies. I feel like i shopped really good. I did indulge on some pizza tonight and some wine, but I dont feel like I over did it. Kind of bummed and wish I had someone to chat with. Just one of those lonely moments. I WILL NOT binge, will watch a little more TV and then go to bed and sleep it off.
