My co-workers desided to cook burgers for lunch. They were pretty good, but I was also REALLY looking forward to my salad. That and I just couldn't stop eating dried fruit today. It's just so easy when it's in front of you. But I've got a lot to do tonight and want to have a light, healthy dinner. The boyfriend is gone tonight which is actually really good. I'm going on a long hiking trip with one of my best friends this weekend. 20-25 miles by the end of it. :) We've wanted to do this for a while now, I'm glad she finally took the initutive and made me.
Next I just have to convince my boyfriend to work out in the morning. He goes to bed the same time as me, but I get up 1-1.5 hours before him.
