Well, I meet a guy this evening and we got to talking about weight loss. He has done so well. He suggested this website and thought I would give it a try. I really want to find what is going to work for me. Maybe having everything online will help. I have a journal and didnt stick to it. I have been eating better, but have trouble sticking to it. I have been working out with a trainer (that is good), but need to work on my at home work outs more. I have the knowledge, just need the whatever you want to call it to change my behavior once and for all. I can stay motivated for short periods of time, but seem to sabotage myself when i get close to a milestone (like getting to 200 lbs and then getting under it and staying under it). Well, I am willing to give this a try and maybe the online friends will keep me motivated.
