Just started again for the millionth time... I have to make this work - I don't want to be 50 at this weight and condition. I spend too much time on this computer, mostly for work, but not all. Then if / when I do need to be active it hurts way too much. Too Fat, Too Slow and Too out of shape. The only one that can fix me is me, so here we go!
