Decided to take a rest day yesterday, usually only take Mondays, but just felt like I needed it. It was nice and I felt so refreshed and motivated this morning.
NSV/Brag :) This morning I did 3 sections of Kickbox Bootcamp, one section (Fat Burning Blast) has burpees. It has been ages since I have done burpees. Today I was able to do ALL the burpees without quitting AND ALL the extras she adds into the burpees. I felt so strong when I got done and it was a great reminder that I am getting into better shape. I really needed this because I have not been feeling this lifestyle change and today it made all the exercise seem worth it!!
