ok....I can't weigh myself while I'm travelling this time...and my meals won't be great but I'm going to track things best I can

this morning I did 3 rounds of
10 star jumps (1, 2, 3, ONE count)
10 pushups
10 situps
pause for 10 to 15 sec
260.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
