Been doing too much eating out again. It's so hard to cook healthy every night with work, being on call, the kids.. etc. I know, I know. making excuses won't change anything. I've bought a little machine called a lateral thigh trainer that i've set up under my desk. it's like a stepping thing; supposed to firm the thighs and butt, so I can do that while I'm working. Hoping that makes up somewhat for my eating this past week.
