Shoulders, triceps, biceps. Will look for something different in the new year. I'm not too bored yet- but looking for a change in my lifting split. May incorporate full body if I can figure out how to not be there for 2 hours and also how to feel like I have accomplished all I need/want to in 1 hour. Afraid my back and legs would suffer trying to get it in one day unless I still alternate back and legs and throw in a little of everything else. Yes- I think I just came to a solution. 💪🏻🏋🏼♂️
