And the crazy week begins.

I work at a University so my work schedule is a little different. My busy time is right now when school is just about to go back in session and kids are come back to campus. I don't have time to concentrate on much else, food choices are poor because we don't have food yet, and meals are on the light or even rare side if they happen. I need to pack healthy snacks and stay away from the crap. I think I can do that though. Not much reporting will come out of me a for about a week, maybe two however. I'm hoping we have a replacement assistant before the end of the week, then I can work on getting my diet to fit in with my job.

It probably shouldn't be so hard to fit it in, but I'm a manager #1. Sitting on my phone looks bad to my employees. So quick, easy, healthy items shouldn't be a problem for the habit because I want to be on my phone and then off. Also, my work schedule is weird and consistent to a certain degree. Closing three days a week, opening two, off for two, creates a very interesting sleep, workout, and life schedule in general. I also work ten hour days so I will have to be diligent about getting that work out in during the morning otherwise I know I'll be coming home to wiped out to care.

That is all for now. I may try to make more of an effort to pop in and out, if I have a weigh in I will record that.
