Weight watchers is working for me, but one thing that is starting to irritate me is that every time I weigh in the tracker lectures me that I am losing too fast and I need to slow down my weight loss to a healthy level. I know this is nonsense. I am averaging about 3 pounds a week in loss. I refuse to accept that this is too much considering the amount of weight I need to lose and the way i am doing it. I am using all of my points and I am eating healthy foods, mostly. I have cut sugary drinks and fried foods. This is a major change that is reflected in my loss. If I was going hungry and pushing extremes It would not bother me but I know I am doing this right and I am not paying them to lecture me. Anyway, I figure they want to drag me out as long as possible to keep collecting $$ every month. I am going to ignore the B.S. and stay the course.
