I know I've said this before but I'm restarting my weight loss attempt. I'm going to do what worked really well for me before. Slim fast drinks and a family sized tin of Habitant soup a day(256 cals per drink + 300ish for the soup depending on the variety). When I dropped from 325 to 260 I did it this way. I've gained back 8 pounds or so. I want to lose them again and a further (in a blue sky perfect world) 50 pounds or so to drop to just over 200 pounds. I want to see if A, I can and B, see what it feels like since I've not been that light since I was 11.

Lets rock this.

I know you can do this!! I am very new to Slim Fast but feel better about it after reading that you previously had success! I am having a hard time with the evening meal - in fact, since starting slim Fast, I find that I fantasize CONSTANTLY about that one meal of the day - maybe I'll try it your way! I like soup..... good luck Mitch!
