back to 181 for several days now, but still looking and becoming leaner with higher carb input. Muscles also look fuller. We'll see what happens at weigh in next week. I did do a much needed refeed this weekend with carbs over 400 and fats remained the same.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
