This weekend was good, I think. I did eat some KFC yesterday. I know, bad, bad, bad. But it was so good good good! I just hope it didn't hurt too much for my weigh in today. The weather here in TN has just been beautiful. It will be back up in the 80's today. Gosh I'm so ready for cool fall weather. I know Halloween is creeping around the corner. So lets go ahead and get that mind set of NO CANDY! I'm such a chocolate lover that its going to be hard for me, I know this for sure. But it can be done. Good luck everyone. You are doing wonderful!

I don't celebrate Halloween and actually am going to a seminar that day so I will avoid all the work hooplah. Also have choir practice that night, so it won't be a problem for me at all. I say all LAWL peeps go on Halloween Strike this year! Ha ha ha.

For Halloween we give out plastic spiders, erasers, "eye" balls etc., instead of candy. I'm not tempted to eat plastic.

Hey! brandi16, Thought I would say hello! and let you know that even though I celebrate Halloween I don't eat candy so It's easy for me I'm just glad it's not Ice Cream. I do dress up for the kids though. It is a great feeling to lose weight when you know you need to. I have plans to go to the coast next year and sure would love to not look like a beached whale . Ha!Ha! Keep up the loss and be a winner. Hulkone1
