Too many calories yesterday, will work on that today and the rest of the week, going to try to keep them under 1300. . . My alarm didn't snooze properly (I like to hit snooze and then it go off again after 5 minutes), so it was 12 minutes before I thought hasn't it been 5 minutes. So I didn't get a full half hour work out in this morning, but I did do 22 minute Cardio Kickbox! I'm also coloring/highlighting my mom and sister's hair tonight, so I will be standing for quite awhile, I'll just have to dance around a bit to burn a few extra calories :)
