Weight isn't going anywhere but I have been regularly exercising for the last three weeks and I am proud of that. I wanted to focus on the exercise another week to make it a habit, and then layer in more water and more fruits and veggies...at least that is the plan for now...I am trying to take a longer term, small changes over time perspective so that I can make them habits; I don't want to lose weight and then gain it all back in a month which I've done several times before...
