Hit goal weight (again) today. The 1st time didn't count since it was a few days before what I knew would be a vert indulgent Easter Brunch! haha!
Poor eating habits today though. Reverted to my old ways. Yogurt in a.m. then nothing until about 6pm. I know that only eating twice a day with no snacks or anything in between is bad, but was my habit for nearly 20 years, and like any habit, hard to modify. Due to working 2nd shift, I'd eat 'breakfast' at 4pm, then cook a full 3 course meal for my husband & I at 10:30 p.m., eat late, have ice cream, etc., then go to bed with full stomachs. Stopped with the full meals a few years ago (we're both small people, but were 30 lbs overweight) I eat well, healthy foods, and 0 junk or fast food - just not properly, as in 5 times a day. It's hard to adapt. Did well w/this task for the first month or 2, but slacking again... need to be more conscientious. Good luck, everyone!
