I am NOT going to go "off" Atkins for my birthday! Why does everyone eg family and friends - think I will? Grrrr. Why fill up on all sorts of crappy high carb high sugar food that will make me feel sick and make me gain weight?

I will be making some low carb treats to have so I don't feel deprived but I am definitely sticking to my WOE.

Family especially seem so shocked that I wont take a day off. Trouble is one day can turn into two or three.....

I am so glad that my fellow Atkin'ers "get it" LOL

Arrrrrrrrgh! Rant over! LOL
