178.8 lb Lost so far: 57.1 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Used to lose 1kg in a 5km run, now it takes double the effort and did it thanks to a 10km run... lol next it will only work with a 15km run etc
