I’m back in ketosis, took 48 hrs roughly. I read somewhere, there are many factors in returning to ketosis once you’re out of it, however your body will return to it faster than its first few trips to ketosis-land
I know the scale really moved downwards, I think a lot of that was water weight. I’m feeling really good, but still ache, the anti-inflammation properties of keto have not kicked in fully. I hope to continue into the fat-adaptation stage for the fullest benefits of keto.
