I did something last night I haven't done since college. I woke up in the middle of the night, went to the restroom, ate a few cookies, had a glass of water, and then went back to bed. HOW HORRIBLE IS THAT!? I have no self control sometimes. Ugh So discouraged with myself. That is why I don't keep cookies or junk in the house...usually...

Today is a new day! And I'm glad I'm not the only one. Lol. I'm at a good point with my weight right now that I'm good with a slow weight loss from here on out, but that just seem so counter productive. Waking up, eating and then going back to bed...if it was grapes or carrots or something, that would be different.
