Down 1.5 lbs after yesterday's fast, down 2 lbs since last Thursday. Continuing the work-week slide. The weight loss graph shows a definite trend. Today is a normal day. Today's goal is not to overdo so I can continue the weight loss tomorrow.

I would say, yes. Tomorrow is my one month anniversary on this diet and I've lost 8.5 lbs so far. A lot of that weight loss was in the first week (5 lbs) but I've been losing steadily since then so I think it's working for me. I don't mind the "fasting" days at all, as long I'm keeping busy. I'm still trying to figure out the "Normal" days bc I think I'm overeating a bit. But even so, I find it comforting to know that there are no foods that are absolutely forbidden on this diet (in contrast to diets like Atkins); I can eat everything in moderation and still lose weight.
