Up 900 gr this morning! I know I didn't overeat yesterday but I didn't walk home because of torrential rain.
Fast day today, but I'll miss my weekly weigh-in tomorrow morning because we're leaving tonight for Ankara to visit MiL who had surgery nearly two weeks ago.
Long weekend away and I'm not expecting good food choices to be available, but I'll do my best.
