back up again. I need to get moving again and get on the ball. I've been eating out alot this week... been out of town at meetings most days, so that's been an issue. You can't carry around your own salad when it's over 100 degrees outside. I should be home the rest of the week, so maybe I can lose these 2 pounds I've gained back.

Sounds good. I didn't do too good last night either, but I had a great dinner and am going to drink extra water and extra time on the treadmill tonight, so hopefully back down to 137 by Monday!
