Is it safe to only eat proteins? I'm just trying to create a diet that not only works for me but is easy and I can do considering I'm only 15 and don't get a say in the groceries. To go along with that this is the last week before my friend leaves for the marines. I'm happy he is doing what he wants but I don't really want him to leave. :'(

Well i like a lot of high carb foods, but I have thyroid problems and I am 5ft 3in weighing almost 200.

Ok that’s great information 😊 what kind of meat do you like? Favorite veggie? You can eat out of the whole food pyramid we can make it work for you. Biggest thing is logging.

Right now, Annabelle, I am working on eating 'good-for-you' foods. I try to fill up on those that I like. So I'll go for sliced apples or oatmeal, etc., before I yearn for the chips, and it usually works for me. But I still can eat too much! So just keep trying, you'll get there. Also, with a thyroid problem, you are seeing the doctor? I do believe some vitamins help with energy though.

We want you to eat the food you like and love, and maybe try new things too. You are so young and need all the nutrients and we got you sweet pea🥰 Chris is awesome. He also served our country 👏🙌❤️💜💚 🇺🇸

I like to encourage eating a balanced diet. Carbs, protein and fats are needed for good health!!!

It what you like! It’s all about portions, although try new things and find substitutes for high fat stuff. And remember a portion of protein is a deck of card size piece of meat.
