What will 3 months off get you? For me it was out of shape and 10 more pounds. I didn't like the idea of working out today, but I determined to do it and feel better for having done so. 3 weeks in January of a hacking cough broke all the good habits and then I just slid from there. Not grossly out of shape, but enough to notice. Today's burst training began with push ups to exhaustion (42+10) and then two 30 second sets each of calf raises, bicep curls (20 lb), steps, dumbbell high pulls (20) and frog squats.
