Well, I had a rough summer. I had quit my well paying job because I was just not happy after many changes. I got a new job and I thought it would work out but it did not. I put my elderly dog to sleep. My husband faced some trials. So, I ended up retiring a couple weeks ago a little unexpected and early but will be ok. I fell off the keto train after doing so well for so long. I know what to do. Back up and restarted yesterday, feel great this morning, looking forward to getting rid of sugar and wheat, and back to keto feeling good normal. Tracking is key for me.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
