Terrible day, but I recorded what I ate so I could get a real view of the junk and calories I'm consuming. Doesn't look so good when you see an overview of all the junk you've eaten. Seeing things in a new light, I could have eaten a lot more fulfilling foods and not even come close to the amount of calories I ate today. Not good.

Its ok today is a new day, tomorrow will be another so, just try your best to eat a bit better. Hey sometimes you can't help it, those foods are completely addicting. I've been craving beer and nachos w/ all the goods on'em for a week now ;) Just try today, maybe switch out the soda for a diet soda, have a cup of popcorn w/ a side of babycarrots. You can do it Niko! *
