177.8 *sigh*
The dessert with the Pig's Easter feast was whipped cream with chocolate cake in the center. I ate the cream and left the cake for the DH. *shrug* I really should whip cream more often, it is yummy.
This time last year I was in Costa Rica. I wish I could magically transport myself to a tropical beach today. It is being rather cold and grey here. I am feeling rather cold and grey.

Well Rowan, maybe just think of the money you saved in staying put, does that help any?
Whip cream is very yummy and helps a whole lot in getting your fat intake up. Really good with sugar free jello or many other things, feels like your on top of the world when you eat all the goodies low carb allows doesn't it?

Haha, no, although I don't really have the money for trips at the moment. Hence the desire to teleport. But oh, I loved Costa Rica and being steps from the beach.
I am allergic to gelatin, so SF Jello is right out for me. Evidently I have trouble with "simple proteins" and have since I was young according to a doctor. I am never quite sure of what I should avoid on that basis.
