between Aug. 12th and today I've gained 5 lbs, I think part of it is not as much outdoor work, landscaping, lawncare, etc. bike riding. Have been eating breakfast and lunch more regularly, when previously have either skipped or had very small meals. I was OK at 172, better at 170.5, but 177 is not making me happy. Time to put more effort into healthy eating! Can't afford $75 /month at Health Track, but I'll find something else.
brkfst- apples and cinnamon instant oatmeal. Riding my bike up to Ace Hardware in a bit in this 39 degree weather to get some more bird seed for the critters! Only about 1 1/2 miles away. Planning 2 more rides today, probably a total of about 6 miles total. At least that's something!
lunch- 7-Eleven 1/3 lb hot dog, (I don't know what possessed me?)
dinner- baked chicken, mashed potatoes w/ gravy, broccoli
desert- 4 scoops choc. ice cream
