It pains me to record my weight today, but if I'm not honest with myself, I won't acheive my goals. Yep, gained poundage over the weekend but knew I would with every bite I took. Not to mention, I forgot to take my pills. Speaking of pills, I've decided to switch pills. We'll see how the new batch works. Different brand and different company. They're supposed to suppress appetite and give you increased energy. All natural. We had a busy but fun weekend. Got to check out a greek restaurant, had a few drinks at BullyT's house, played some "Rock Band", and had my in-laws and dad over for a VERY NICE bbq lunch on Sunday. It was beautiful out, had a bit of a breeze, and a relaxing time. Had a great meal, too! We had bbq'd chicken, quinoa, cucumber salad, veggie tray, and cherries for dessert. Turns out not many people know much about quinoa so had some new converts after we were done eating. =) My daughter really likes quinoa, too. I've decided to make a commitment for today. Today I will record my food intake on a journal and I will go to the gym to work out, right after work. I plan to go to the gym 3 days a week. I'm thinking I'll go M, W, F. I'm also on the verge of buying myself a bicycle and bike trailer (so my 23 mo. old can go for rides with me). Bikes are not cheap! Most likely it'll be next month that I can afford one. I've recently discovered several bike trails in the local area and think that would be a perfect activity to do in the evenings that I don't work out. Especially since Fall is right around the corner. I love Fall! Fall and Spring are my favorite seasons. Well, here's to a better day of weight loss.
