I got in a car accident in August which cause my physical activity to drop dramatically. I gained back all the weight I lost previously. In February I weighed myself and I was 262 pds. The accident caused injury to my back, neck and shoulders. One day I was in serious pain and my chiropractor said there was inflammation in my back and neck and more tenderness than usual. He said I should try eliminating grains in my diet for at least two weeks and see if that help. I didn't believe him at first. I didn't eat it one day, no pain, the next day I did and my back hurt so bad I was almost in tears. My chiropractor said I must have built up a food intolerance to it. Needless to say, I don't eat grains anymore and it's been two months. It has helped eliminate alot of my back pain but also helped in losing weight. I haven't exercised regularly at all and I lose like 2 pounds a week. I'm down to 242pds and I've rejoined my gym recently and hopefully seeing better results with my body while i'm losing weight.
