As always, hunger is bad. Eating at maintanence for several days helped, but not as much as I had hoped. I looks like will power is going to be the deciding factor everytime the weekend comes. After talking to my Uncle, it seems like we have the same issue. I wonder if it's something along the lines of a hormone disorder. Vegetables + water seemes to help and will become my new strategy for the weekends. Was able to finally do 225 bench for 3 reps with no assist so stregnth is not suffering from the defecit. I am going to try going at least 2 weeks in about a 500 caloric defecit before I try another refeed.
