i used to weigh 83kg in jan 2012 was fat,used to fall sick,had no energy
but then by the end of jan 2012 i felt i needed a change so i joined the gym although i was so sure i wouldn't lose weight but i thought well ill just do 1hour of exercise if any thing happens then ok else in 2 months ill quit but then slowly i dont know why but i quit fast food,chips,soda's and in almost 9 months time i had lost 15kg so by end of oct 2013 i was 15kg i mainted my weight and healthy lifestyle but i wanted to lose more so i started my goal to reduce even more so now in march 21st i am 65kg and almost every week i am losing 1kg(2.2 pounds)
if i wouldnt had made that decision of change in jan 2012 maybe today i would have been close to 100kg(220pounds) but i did decide to change and now i am 65kg(143 pounds) and my weightloss process is still going on
