I am down 2.6 this week, which basically means that my suspicions about last week's 1.6 pound gain not being a true gain were true.
I "gained" 1.6 last week and "lost" 2.6 this week, so I have an average of .5 per week. Which I guess is normal for being past the halfway point?
I will try to limit my snack foods this week and get back into circuit training and see if I can get back to my 1 pound losses.
The good news? I am back on track for my personal goal of losing 50 pounds in 2010.
