So, I've been M.I.A.. thanks to visiting my soulmate best friend about 2 hours away.. with my son in tow. Didn't eat very well the time I was there... not too bad, but I SOO had cookies and some new flavor of pop-tarts. Didn't eat too many veggies, but did alot of shopping/browsing, so that helped.

I'm starting fresh tomorrow, and going to work out to my new cardio/fat burner dance workout video tomorrow. It was waiting for me when I came home. I really was hoping Carmen was waiting, but she hasn't shown up yet. I'm just glad I can finally do something different and fun tomorrow, workout wise. I DID do some Shapely Secrets while away.. but in the shower (since the workout's only 7 minutes, and did so in between washing and rinsing and such). I think chasing after a toddler should count for something. They need that option on your Exercise calendar. Anyway, Just wanted to account for my not recording the past 5 days. Tomorrow will begin anew, and you bet your happy asses I'll be working on getting my numbers back down! :)

Exercising in the shower - that's a new one! Chasing a moving toddler definitely does count! You can record it as 'brisk walking' and add a bout of 'badminton' for good measure! So you're going to add more vegetables this weekend?

Oh yes.. Adding TONS of veggies. Our tomato crop is in full growth right now.. so I'll be having some fresh salsa, and tomato as a topping on lots of meals.. And I've gotta pick up some zucchini maybe from the farmer's market. I'm just glad to be home where veggies are abundant. I've gotta figure out something to do with my kale.
