Weight hasn't changed, but the body fat % might be slightly lower. Which is good, because I do worry a bit that cutting calories this far could cost me muscle mass. Looks like the high-protein diet might be a good thing, along with the weight lifting. I'll be hitting the gym tonight for sure! Don't quite look like this yet, but give me time, LOL!
