Slept in today. My new yoga routine is very challenging and I was feeling it yesterday and today. So I figured I give my body a rest day but still plan to do my afternoon walk. Still doing the 100-push-up challenge. I'll be finishing Week 2 tomorrow. I'm curious to see how many I'll be able to do this weekend. I definitely feel the difference when I work out so my push-up number should be higher.

As for food, I've been ok. I'm short on funds until tomorrow and then I'll be able to replenish my refrigerator with lots of produce. I've been eating salads but that can get boring. My blender broke so haven't been able to make smoothies in the morning. I'm hoping to get the replacement part soon...I love having that energy from fruit in the morning!
