I am on a yo-yo trend right now. Does anyone else out there feel they are too? and any suggestions

I know the yo-yo - I think for me, I have come to a point in my journey that I don't want to be like this anymore, and boy I work hard at it every single day and I know it is not a diet for life, but a life change for the better. I was so pleased to find out about the Matol diet as it comes off fast, no exercise, no flab and proven results - and while you give up all those foods I loved, I also know they are my killer.

I know exactly how you feel. I lose some, then gain some almost every week. Right now I am up and hopefully will be back down by the end of the week so that I can at least weigh in with a steady weight. Good thing I don't get motion sickness!!

I yo-yo too, unfortunately I'm up right now. The best advise i could give is to just stick with it. And remember the scale doesn't tell the whole story, you may lose inches, and it won't show in the scale. Especially if you're exercising regularly, muscle weighs more than fat.
