So weigh in was this morning and I lost 2.4 pounds!! I am very excited to see my progress and it keeps me motivated!! At meeting they gave me a recipe for a drink that kind of helps with water weight from drinking some much water. 1 cup organic 100% cranberry juice and 6.5 cups water bring that to a boil; remove from stove and add 1 tsp. all spice, 1/2 cup light orange juice and 1/4 cup lemon juice concentrate. Return to boil then let cool and sweeten with splenda to taste. Haven't tried it yet...hope it works!!
