I am feeling better today. My legs shrunk down some. I'm still going to call my cardiologist and see about getting in to see him. My mother died of congestive heart failure. She had a lot of fluid on her legs and her lungs. Her heart could not keep up.

Ty jc for your concern. It's not necessary honey. I'm okay. If it gets really bad my husband would just take me to emergency. I took a water pill and got rid of a lot of fluid. I looked on my calendar and I have an appointment next week to get a I forget the test. But it's a heart test at the cardiologist. Then I see him two days later after he gets the report. He is always booked up for months in advance. So it's really hard to get in to see him. They always tell you on the phone if it's an emergency go to the ER. He's just across the street in a group of about 10 doctors and they all rotate to the ER. I've had this issue for several years. It's just uncomfortable and annoying to have to always sit with my feet up. It'll be okay honey. Not to worry

My breakfast this morning was 1/2 a seed Bagel that we made with butter and 1/2 an avocado.
