Ok so i have lost 16 pounds in 3 weeks, lost 2 pounds since yesterday, and i am feeling so sick, i have the shivers,a hugeeeee migraine,and very dizzy.It sounds horrible but i am going to have to cheat today i really don't want to but i think i have to since i feel like this, i am alone at home with my two toddlers and i am scared if i faint my kids would get hurt.My husband is working today and its a very bussy day for him i don't want him getting introuble leaving work. I am just going to have the chicken noodle soup that has 26 carbs so not that bad just want to get a lil more carbs to get more energy.

You're doing great! I was going to suggest chicken broth ...so you are on the right track. What about straining the chicken noodle thru a strainer? and just drinking the salty broth? Regardless, feel better soon!

Yeah thats how i felt in the very begining too but just the broth really does help. I also know your pain about the two toddlers i also have two so really you do need to stay focused on them but try the broth and veggies first before eating the noodles.

I'm starting to incorporate strawberries into my regime. They've got like 0.75 net carbs per medium strawberry, so you can eat a good amount without throwing yourself off. Being actual fruit, it might give you some of what you're looking for.

Your electrolytes may be all off....like others have suggested have chicken broth but make sure it is the kind that has SALT in it...you may be low in potassium.....you can also take a potassium supplement, I had to do that during induction because I was working out a lot and starting to feel sick...really shakey and had palpitations.
