Is the MIM's in the food entry somewhere? I can't find it..or do I need to add as my own recipe?
I made mine public. (I had to lie and say Atkins was the food manufacturer). You should be able to search "atkins mim" and have it come up. Let me know if it worked.

Isn't the baking powder what makes them rise and be muffin like? I would imagine that without it the MIM would be like a hockey puck. What I did was borrow a free meal from the next day, enter all the ingredients to get the net nutritional info, then create a new food item with that info.

Logging Exercise - Resting vs Sitting
I list out sleeping, standing (figure an hour just showering, getting ready in the AM/PM -- also I took an art class which was three hours on my feet), any explicit exercise activities including walking, exercise machine, and bicycling. Things like deskwork, resting, driving I lump under sitting. (I do put shopping down when I do that).

KFL, what kind of heart rate monitor do you have and are you happy with it? I have one (Polar cycling) but it doesn't do calories.

Calling All Atkins Induction Folks...
Hi all, just want to say hi. I've been on Atkins for about three weeks now. Fourth time -- first time was wildly successful as a teenager, the last two were not. Things are going slow but I'm getting some good tips from people and hopefully things will start moving.
