This is the beginning of a long weight loss journey for me. Not a bad start in just a couple of days! It has been hard to eat modest portions, but I know I will get used to it in a week or so.

The best piece of advice I have is don't give up! No matter if you have a bad day or week, get back to the healthy eating and exercise, it will make you feel better. I think most of us have had those bad days, but we learn from the bad days just as much as we learn from teh good ones. You are doing well, so keep up the good work!!

Thanks Onyx, I appreciate the info on my fat consumption. However, it is a HUGE success for me to just start by nixing sugar from my diet, as my sweet tooth has always been crazy. Also, most of the time, my fat consumption is coming from good fats. The other day I ate a lot of avocado, but I'm not concerned with the healthy fat in that, because fats actually keep you satisfied longer.

Yeah I understand about sweet cravings. Healthy fats are awesome but even 2 much of a good thing is bad. Just a tip for you I just wanted to help. Protien really is where its at. Keeps you full and really is great for your body no matter what your goals are keep it up
