Did walk /jog yesterday and today. Haven't been able to do that for a very long time. Felt good! I would love to walk out my front door and just jog jog jog. I would like to spread my wings and fly too. lol No pixie left in my dust but I can dream. :)
Eating more this week. See if that works. Kind of scary eating fats and more and hoping to lose weight and inches doing it, but that 's what's suppose to happen. We shall see.
I had a spinach salad for dinner tonight. I have never eaten or seen anyone eat SO much spinach at once before! 4oz. of spinach is ALOT of spinach. Can't wait to toot my pipe and sing "I'm Popeye the ..." and show off my muscles! lol
My daughter asked me why the name 'fairmamma'.
I am a mamma and I am blonde and white & I also try very hard to treat my children equally.
Her reply was, "Good. I thought you had a new career." :D
