I might as well update y'all on my diet progress. I ended last week at 125.8lbs and I started this week at 122.6lbs. 3.2 pounds in a week isn't so bad, considering that's 0.4lbs a week! I know it could have been much better if I didn't binge for two of those days but I'm still pretty pleased with the results.
Day 15 - 250 calories Day 16 - 200 calories Day 17 - Fast/0 calories Day 18 - 200 calories Day 19 - 100 calories Day 20 - Fast/0 calories Day 21 - 300 calories
