I can not stop eating!!! What is wrong with me! I need some serious help! I have a problem!!!
260.9 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 100.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Have checked in with your emotions? I let mine get to me last week and it wasn't good. Maybe baby steps of just saying no to a few things in a days time??
